    At Roll n Bowl, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    1. Returns and Refunds

    • Services: If you are not satisfied with a service provided by Roll n Bowl, please contact us within 14 days of the service date. We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a refund or an alternative solution.

    • Merchandise: If you have purchased merchandise from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

    2. Process for Returns

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rollnbowl.ie with your order details and reason for the return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item or proceed with the refund for a service.

    3. Refunds

    • Services: If approved, refunds for services will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

    • Merchandise: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

    • Booking Deposits: Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a voucher at the company’s discretion. Failure to show for a booking will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

    • Online Payments: Online payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a voucher at the company’s discretion. Failure to show for a booking will result in the payment being non-refundable.

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rollnbowl.ie.

    5. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@rollnbowl.ie.
