1. Returns and Refunds
Services: If you are not satisfied with a service provided by Roll n Bowl, please contact us within 14 days of the service date. We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a refund or an alternative solution.
Merchandise: If you have purchased merchandise from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rollnbowl.ie with your order details and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item or proceed with the refund for a service.
3. Refunds
Services: If approved, refunds for services will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Merchandise: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Booking Deposits: Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a voucher at the company’s discretion. Failure to show for a booking will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Online Payments: Online payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a voucher at the company’s discretion. Failure to show for a booking will result in the payment being non-refundable.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@rollnbowl.ie.
